OUR STORY

How Voltix started

Voltix started in 2019 as a two-person repair shop in Austin. Customers kept asking what we would buy ourselves, so we started stocking those products. Today we carry a tight range of phones, audio, laptops and accessories, and we still fix things in the back room.

We ship nationwide from one warehouse, which keeps things simple: same-day dispatch before 2pm, free shipping over $50, 30-day returns and a 2-year warranty on everything.

Where we are today

One store in Austin, one warehouse, twelve products we fully stand behind, and about 14,000 orders shipped so far. We would rather grow the range slowly than list things we have not tried.

Returns and warranty, explained

Return anything within 30 days for a full refund, opened or not, with a prepaid label. After that, every product is covered for two years against defects. If something fails, we repair it or send a replacement, usually within a week.
